PSYCRIS –Luxembourg-Echternach: Exchange on European level 26 to 29th Sept 2014
GSP made it possible that the PsyCris*-partners LMU* und UMIT* were allowed to attend a European Crisis Management Exercise « EULuxmodex » in Luxemburg from 26 to 29th September 2014. Seven countries participated: Croatia, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Italy and Belgium.
The experts from the PsyCris-Team observed the EUCPT (European Union Civil Protection Team)
and the TAST (Technical Assistance and Support Team) experts in the On-site Operation Coordination Centre (OSOCC). Parallell to the EULuxmodex –Exercise, a separate exercise from LUX with PSS topic was observed in the same area in the evening of the September 28th.
Luxemburg-Echternach: Austausch auf europäischem Niveau
GSP ermöglichte, dass die PsyCris*-Partner LMU* und UMIT* an der europäischen Übung ‚EULuxmodex‘ in Luxemburg vom 26.-29. September 2014 teilnehmen
konnten. Sieben Länder nahmen an dieser Großübung teil: Kroatien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Luxemburg, Slovenien, Italien und Belgien.
Die PsyCris-Experten beobachteten das EUCPT (European Union Civil Protection Team) und die TAST (Technical Assistance and Support Team) Experten in der Einsatzleitung der Koordinationsstruktur OSOCC (Operation Coordination Centre). Parallel zu dieser Übung fand am Abend des 28.09. eine von Luxemburg in der gleichen Gegend organisierte Übung statt, wobei insbesondere die psychosoziale Notfallversorgung erprobt wurde.

GSP a rendu possible la participation des deux partenaires du projet PsyCris*, LMU* et UMIT* à l’exercice européen ‚EULuxmodex‘ à Luxembourg du 26-29 septembre 2014. Sept pays ont participé à cet exercice de grande envergure: La Croatie, la France, l’Allemagne, le Luxembourg, la Slovénie, l’Italie et la Belgique.
Les experts du projet PsyCris avaient comme tâche d’observer le EUCPT (European Union Civil Protection Team) et les experts du TAST (Technical Assistance and Support Team) dans la centrale d’intervention de la structure de coordination OSOCC (Operation Coordination Centre).
Parallèlement à cet exercice, le Luxembourg a organisé dans le même secteur un exercice le samedi soir 28 septembre, qui a permis d’entraîner le support psychosocial d’urgence.
